General Terms and Conditions of Service

Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy. 

A&D Enterprises is committed to providing professional cleaning services with timeliness, respect, and personalized attention, in both residential and commercial spaces. By contracting our services, the client accepts the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Service

Our services include deep cleaning, regular maintenance, disinfection, organization and customized solutions according to the client's needs. All services will be previously agreed in writing, specifying areas, frequency, products used and particular conditions.

2. Scheduling, Modifications and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours may generate a fee of 25% of the value of the reserved service. A&D Enterprises reserves the right to reschedule services due to force majeure, unsafe conditions, or lack of access to the property.

 

3. Access and Conditions of the Space

The client must ensure safe and timely access to the property on the agreed date and time. In the event that staff are unable to enter for reasons beyond the company's control, a failed visit fee may apply. The customer also undertakes to inform about special conditions of the space, such as sensitive areas, delicate materials or operational restrictions.

4. Payments and Invoicing

All services must be paid in full at the time of performance, unless previously agreed in writing. Payments are accepted by cash, bank transfer, or authorized digital platforms. Overdue invoices may incur late fees of 5% per month. In the event of disputes, it is recommended that you document any disagreements in writing for formal review.

5. Quality Assurance

A&D Enterprises is committed to offering high-quality services, executed by trained personnel and under standardized protocols. If the customer is not satisfied, they will need to notify you within 24 hours of service for a review or correction at no additional cost. Claims outside of that period will not be considered valid.

6. Limitation of Liability

A&D Enterprises acts with diligence and respect for customer property. However, it is critical to establish clear limits of liability to protect both parties:

  • The company is not responsible for damage to electronic equipment, appliances, furniture, facilities, personal products or stored materials, unless there is clear and documented evidence of direct negligence on the part of the staff.

  • The integrity of fragile, sensitive or high-value objects (jewellery, documents, electronic devices, works of art, etc.) is not guaranteed if they have not been previously identified and safeguarded by the client. It is recommended that these items be removed or secured prior to service.

  • The company assumes no responsibility for loss, misplacement or displacement of products or materials that have not been inventoried or declared by the customer in written form prior to the commencement of the service.

  • In the event of a claim, the customer must submit photographic evidence, detailed description and documentation supporting their request within 24 hours of service. The company reserves the right to investigate and respond formally within 10 business days.

  • Claims based on presumptions, subjective perceptions, or lack of customer oversight will not be accepted. The company operates under standardized protocols, and any exceptions must be in writing prior to service.

This clause seeks to foster a relationship based on prevention, transparency and mutual respect. Professional cleaning involves interaction with private spaces, and therefore it is a shared responsibility to establish clear conditions before each service.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

All information provided by the client will be treated with strict confidentiality. A&D Enterprises will not share personal data with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

 

8. Modifications and Validity

These terms may be updated at any time. The updated versions will be available on the official website and will take effect immediately. The customer is advised to periodically review this section to stay informed.
